Practical Wisdom for a Happy Life

Katherine is grateful for the opportunity to share the ancient, sacred practices of yoga as taught to her by her many teachers, a rich lineage extending from New York City to India and around the world. Jivamukti Yoga is a pathway to enlightenment through compassion for all beings - through asana, breathwork, mantra, meditation, deep relaxation, satsang and yogic lifestyle principles, we can begin to uncover our true nature - pure joy - which allows us to do our part in making the world a better place and experience liberation in life.

Katherine’s dynamic, expressive classes (suitable for all levels of practitioner who are curious to dive inward) particularly focus on cultivating an experience of Bhakti, evoking the devotional qualities of yoga which offer a practitioner ultimate happiness and ease by connecting and surrendering to the grace of God. She combines physical and subtle practices for an experience designed to help students incorporate yogic principles and philosophical teachings into daily life -- both on and off the mat, making practical sense of ancient wisdom in order to bring light and love to a dark and chaotic world.

Katherine offers group & private yoga sessions, both online & in person.
