Katherine has been photographing people, places, and things since 2009. She has a keen visual interest in the ephemeral and delights in bringing her clients’ vision to life. She loves capturing bliss in life via weddings, events, families, yogis, and general portraiture.

Bhakti Yoga
Bhakti Yoga is the Yoga of Devotion and Katherine strives to embody this as a Yoga Teacher and Practitioner. She believes that through the physical and philosophical practices of Yoga, we can all achieve liberation in this life through a meaningful, personal connection to God. She supports her students with offerings of challenging, empowering sequences, compassionate encouragement in class and nurturing hands on assists. She received her 200HR Yoga Alliance Certification with the loving guidance of Christina Rufin in 2017 & has been teaching ever since. She completed the first 75HR Jivamukti Yoga Teacher Training with Rima Rabbath and Claudia Debs in 2019. She will complete the Jivamukti Yoga 300hr Teacher Training in July 2021 with Ruth Lauer-Manenti and HaChi Yu.

Since graduating from Pratt Institute in 2015 with a BFA in Photography, Katherine has used her love of visual storytelling to support major global brands. Her resulting experience and expertise spans web and graphic design, content creation, copywriting; and PR, marketing, social media, & community management.

Katherine helped facilitate hundreds of creative projects shot on film as the Marketing, PR, and Community Manager, N. America. She helped Lomography crowdfund more than 1 million dollars, smoothed out their customer service workflow leading to considerable ecommerce growth, and was featured on the Today Show.
